Keira Knightley’s Measurements
My site is not exactly popular, but I want to create a post to set the record straight about Keira Knightley’s Measurements, because Bryan asked me if I knew them. Sadly I could not, off hand tell him anything but height, so I am doing some research to set the record straight.
Height
5′ 7″ according to IMDB
5′ 7″ according to telegraph.co.uk
5′ 8″ according to POTC Keira Knightley standup @ Amazon.com
Considering that last one is life size, we’ll go with 5′ 8″ (1.7272 meters).
Bust/Breasts
32B according to telegraph.co.uk
32C in promotions according to dailymail.co.uk
Waist
27″ according to US Weekly
Hips
size 8 (which is 30″-32″) according to telegraph.co.uk
Overall Measurements
If we utilize the above data, all things being equal, Keira Knightley is 32B-27-32 (81.28-68.58-81.28 in cm), which is perfect.

32B-27-32 is not exactly perfect, dont get me wrong shes butifull but it actualy suprised me cause most stars and models have a 24inch waist and 36inch hips, according to this she not only has narrow hips, a wide waist but her waist to hipp ratio is 84% which is unhealthy for women.

She has been criticized for her size, people thinking she is anorexic because she has less curve that what a woman should have. At any rate, I’d like to get some verification on all this data somehow, because it could be wrong.

Victoria, I agree with you, she is not a C cup. Clearly if you read my post at the end I suggest she is a B. I can give you that she probably is an A, but the point of this post was not to be exact about anything. The point of it was simply to use the internet as a source to assemble some reasonable idea of what her measurements are.
By using the data I assembled, it would seem you are incorrect in your assumptions.
To that end, I highly dount anyone that will come to my blog knows her true measurements.

I would say the measurements are slightly off. I would go with 5′7″ before 5′8″. Was she wearing shoes in the “life-size” image? Also, I would go with 32A or 32B for certain. I’ve dated girls around the same bust size, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to be a C. The C is probably coming from POTC where she had her cleavage painted in ontop of wearing a corset. The other measurments might be pretty close to correct I would think.

Though like most, I do not have facts about Keira, I only know a few things from interviews. Since there is a debate over her measurements, I’d like to share some things I do know. Her oscar 2006 vera wang dress was auctioned on ebay. According to that, she wore a UK size 6 or a US size 4. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=9312568909. Based on this website http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/US_standard_clothing_size, a US size 4 is bust 34″, waist 25″, hips 35.5″ So far, most of the sizes you’ve mentioned above seem right, except the waist which in my honest opinion, isn’t 27″, that would mean we have the same waist measurement, highly doubt it coz i’m 5′5″ (2″ shy of Keira) and is slightly chubby. Also, I remember one of her interviews on Conan O’brien where she said she had a Scarlet o’hara fetish where she got her waist corsetted down to 18″ for five minutes in POTC:COBP. 21″ was better she said. Hmmm… 27″down to 21″ still sounds quite painful. From that interview, I would say she’s more likely a 23 or 24″. About the bust, Brandon Hurst who wrote a book on her said “Storm in a B-cup” referring to her scene in “The Hole”. Hope some of these tidbits help solve the mystery that is Keira’s mesurements.

Looking at her, I’m more inclined to guess her measurements to be around 32-33 inch bust, 22-23 inch waist and 32-33 inch hips. This would be a UK size 4-6 or US size 00-0. She doesn’t have a 27 inch waist, I’ve seen pics of her and it is one of the tiniest waists I’ve ever seen. I think she could do with gaining a few pounds.

She is thin. Her body shape is ruler. The measurements fit that. A five inch from her bust to her waist and a five inch diffrence from her waist to her hips. Plus she is tall. When your tall a 27 inch waist looks 23. If those are true measurements then if she had a 23 inch waist her bust and hips would be 29′ inches. In my opinon that is way to low.

Well, she’s not that tall. Maybe a 27 inch waist looks like a 23 inch waist when you are comparing a 6ft person to a 5ft person, but in this case her waist is definitely no more than 25 inches max. But that doesn’t mean she has 29 inch bust and hips, I’d say 33-25-33 or 32-24-32 maybe.

Granted this is old. But if anyone still reads it at all or comes across it let me tell you I am exactly a 32B-27-32. And although it is quite common for actresses and models to have at least 10 inches difference in their hips and their busts, it is highly unlikely that Keira fits that. She is not an hourglass figure (which would be suggested by a ten inch difference) just as I am not. We are both built straight up and down with very little bust and very little hips. A bit like a boy. But then again, isn’t that what life is all about, finding variety among all the similarities. The only difference between our measurements is that i’m 5′11, and yes, 27 inches does look very tiny when it’s fit into corsets or on a tall person. There is no way i could ever have bigger boobs, and a smaller waist and wider hips. Even if i gained 40 pounds i would still only have 5 inches difference in my hips and waist, as i would assume Keira would. It’s biology and genetics. Not every woman is built on the ten inch difference scale.

This page has basically accomplished what I set out for it to do, and that is promote discussion of Keira Knightley’s Measurements.
It’s older, yes, but still highly frequented by the masses.

Since the dress Keira wore for the atonement film is up for auction, advertised at US size 2, this would suggest that she has measurements of around 28/20/31……however, there is an ongoing discussion about the vanity sizing currently happening in the clothing industry, hence the recent news that the US will start making minus sizes……smaller than 00 (now that IS skinny) the research done so far on vanity sizing then makes you think she could actually be either around 30/22/33…..US size 4 (when actually made to the right size and not the vanity size, or she could be around 32/24/35….a US size 6 normally……i think this last one is most likely, and she is likely to be 32 A/B with a 23-25″ waist and a 34-36 hip……she is fairly tall, so she automatically looks thinner than she is, but lets face it, at least she isnt as thin as she once was!!

Kitana, those measurements are certainly not current size 2, 4 or 6’s. In fact there if she had measurements 28-20-31, this would not even exist on a size chart! The smallest size you can find on a size chart would be measurmenets 30-22-32 and would be listed as a 00. Remember US sizes go up for every inch, not every 2 inches and there has also been some serious vanity sizing of recent years. What was a size 4/6 in the 1960’s is now a size 0/00.
I still stand by what I said, she does not have a 27 inch waist, she is not THAT tall and she is also said to have a BMI of about 17, so I doubt her waist is more than 23 inches. Not saying she has a 10 inch difference between bust and waist and hips, but saying she has a tiny waist for a female, let alone one over average height.
